1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Ventotto FZE ("Company," "we," "us," "our") for the GHOST mobile application ("App"), including all features, content, and services provided therein.

2. Device Simulation Features

The App includes simulated paranormal detection features ("Device Simulations"). By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that:

     a) Device Simulations are FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY
     b) These features are novelty items and toys
     c) They do not actually detect paranormal activity
     d) Results are randomly generated or based on non-paranormal environmental factors
     e) No scientific claims are made about their effectiveness
     f) They should not be used for any professional or investigative purposes

3. Content and Submissions

3.1 Story Submissions

• All story submissions require administrator approval
• We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission
• You retain ownership of your original content
• You grant us a license to display and distribute your content
• False claims of ownership or plagiarism will result in account termination

3.2 Location Submissions

• All haunted location submissions require administrator approval
• Only publicly accessible locations may be submitted
• Private property requires documented owner permission
• Accurate location information must be provided
• Safety warnings must be included where applicable

4. Prohibited Content

Users may not submit or share content that:

• Promotes illegal activities or trespassing
• Contains hate speech or discriminatory content
• Includes graphic violence or gore
• Exploits tragic events or deaths
• Reveals private individual information
• Contains sexually explicit material
• Promotes self-harm or dangerous activities
• Includes misleading or fraudulent claims
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Harasses or bullies others
• Contains malware or harmful code

5. Chat and Group Features

5.1 Group Types

• Public Groups: Visible and accessible to all users
• Private Groups: Visible but require approval to join
• Secret Groups: Hidden and invitation-only

5.2 Group Policies

• Group creators are responsible for moderating their groups
• We reserve the right to monitor all group activities
• Groups promoting harmful activities will be terminated
• Group messages may be reviewed for policy violations

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violating any terms of this Agreement
• Posting prohibited content
• Harassment or bullying
• False reports or claims
• Promoting dangerous activities
• Multiple content policy violations
• Impersonating others
• Creating multiple accounts

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review all submitted content
• Reject submissions without explanation
• Remove content at any time
• Monitor chat and group communications
• Take action against policy violations
• Cooperate with law enforcement
• Preserve evidence of violations

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND ALL FEATURES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY CLAIMS ABOUT PARANORMAL DETECTION OR SUPERNATURAL CAPABILITIES.

9. Privacy and Data Collection

• User data collection complies with our Privacy Policy
• Chat logs may be retained for moderation purposes
• Location data is stored for submission verification
• Group messages may be monitored for safety
• User reporting data is preserved for investigation

10. Age Restrictions

• Users must be 13 or older to use the App
• Users under 18 require parental consent
• Age-restricted content will be marked accordingly
• Accounts with false age information will be terminated

11. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify this Agreement at any time
• Update the App and its features
• Change or remove functionality
• Adjust content policies
• Modify or terminate services
